My company received a phone call from Mr. David Prandi from Friendly Tickets, asking us to help him resolve a fraud issue with an electronic concert ticket. We are also a ticket broker company registered with the same network as they are.
The fraud complaint he had was that someone he bought a set of tickets from, he believed had been altered electronically, and needed our help to verify this.
Since we are both with the same network we have our entire inventory where he can see it, and contact us.
Basically after a few phone calls, and investigating it turns out, that it was he himself who had altered the tickets and needed to see ours to make sure he had it look right.
I have made a complaint myself to the BBB.
So BEWARE of buying tickets from this company, you may be paying for what you think is a premium ticket, but in actuality it is a crap upper level nose bleed ticket.
Let me know if you have ever had problems with this company or E-Tickets from them.
