An A&E service person was supposed to come to my house between 1 &5 but called at 1:30 to say he'd run out of parts. I've spoken with several people at A&E and it's one excuse after another. My question to the company, which no one can answer is, "?If the repirman cannot count, do you think I want him to fix my oven ?"

Customer service was useless and now I'm expected to wait another week for repair and take off more time from work. DISGUSTED!!!
