i ordered a game fifa 10 of thiswebsite three weeks ago and it now is closed alot of people have also faced this problem i thought it was cheap but it was too good to be true how can i get my money back as they have closed their website and dont reply?

We fully expected your order to have arrived already, but the recent
national strikes by Royal Mail staff have caused havoc with our
deliveries. The advice we have from Royal Mail is that there is a
large backlog of mail deliveries following the strikes and delivery
times are likely to be delayed. The postal strikes covered all areas
of the United Kingdom.

I understand that the delay is most unsatisfactory for all parties
concerned and our company politely requests that you allow a little
more time for Royal Mail to deal with the backlog and deliver your
goods.

The instruction I received from my supervisors is to relay the
following message to you; if your order has not arrived by 2pm on
Monday we will authorise a full refund to be transferred back to your
payment card. This refund will be a gesture of our good will and you
will not be required to return any goods that are delivered after the
refund is paid; any losses will be borne by us and we will actively
pursue Royal Mail for compensation. As a signature is not required to
complete delivery, we will trust your honesty in the event of
confirming a non-delivery.

Of course, we are still confident that your order will be delivered
before then; please reply to this message and inform me as soon as the
goods arrive.

plus i cant submit proof as website is down but i paid by card could that help?
