Great looking website!! Ordered "frog" items for daughters wedding. Whilst waiting for arrival of items...ordered some more because couldn't find anything to match in Australia. Thought delay with first package was due to not paying extra postage so I paid more on second order for quicker delivery. Sent 5 emails before getting response from froggifts to tell me that order/s sent should arrive 2 days time or they'll give me refund. ...Yeah...as if...it's been longer than 2 days and nothing turned up and have requested refund. You guessed it...no response...no refund...no frog "things" for daughters wedding. Have had to go with a totally different theme and local supplier. Not what we wanted and although did not lose lot of money VERY disappointed that this kind of thing happens.

Ordered online on Sept 14. Detailed invoice and order number received very quickly and funds were deducated from my credit card. Goods have not arrived and the company do not resond to emails. As I live in Australia I have not phoned. I don't expect to ever see the order or my money, but don't want other people to get ripped off as well.
