unauthorized charges
my daughter went in accounts and purchased facebook credits (10.00) then went to frontierville and prchased horseshoes apparently she punched in than she ahd in fb credits and it chared my card instantly no information required no card number cvw number nothing and no way to cancel the whole thing before it went through i would like to get my $39.95 back i didnt authorize it to do this if the credits werent there then it should have never went through and then to charge my card with no warning is just wrong and decietful i need theses charges removed.

can't send or receive items as box is too big

can not gift
i`am writting to you do to the fact that i have be trying to get this fixed for a week and a half i can not gift to my friends or ask for gifts for any reason i do enjoy playing this game but i`m getting very upset that this is happen it is getting to be know fun playing anymore and friends think that i do`nt want to gift when they keep gifting me also i have this other problem i can not post to my wall what i need for this game please help

zynga's game
I have to give it to you this is a great game It has me hooked, but it seems when you finish your missions you dont get your target prize all the time. I finished all six of the new year resolution missions it gives you until 1/31/11 to recieve horse shoes and I finished it yesterday 1/24/11 did not recieve one of them...If your not going to recieve anything once its done it should let you know so your not looking around to figure out where they are...humble bob should at least have said something like to late we ran out or something not just leave you hanging... I put alot of time in the game and feel like im getting gipt... lately there is alot of errors so you have to refresh and it will take stuff away...If you completed your harvest and you have to refresh it will but the crop back but not the food or the energy, so we lose either way...

a lot of people are complaining about frontierville, ie game mot loading, lots of problems since the holloween missions started, and the game loosing conection.. please check your fan pages to see haw many complaints you have... please please fix frontierville

Customization
First of all- thanks so much for creating such a great game! I've gotten several of my friend and family members hooked, we really love it. I'm up to level 47 and I'm not feeling sick of it at all yet.
Although, I don't understand why as new developments are added to the game, we lose the ability to customize them. For example, both the Toll Booth and Tailor Shop are completely un-customizable. I understand from the compnay standpoint, as long as the game functions, this isn't a major issue- but as a consumer, I really enjoy the personality and uniqueness the customizing options bring to the game. With how many people are playing Frontierville, it's nice that your homestead doesn't have to look just like every other Tom, Dick, and Harry's.
So please, bring back the customization options for Frontierville on all the newer and future additions to the game.

I have been playing Zynga's Frontierville game for quite a while. First i must say congrats on a Fantastic Game.
Now For the complaints!!! a little while ago i started getting (Resource Error 39 (0, ) (1, ) sometimes it will refresh a take away over 400 food or 600 food the one time! this morning i logged in to find that i was reverted back to part 3 of a mission that i was on part 4!! all my items were gone and i had no food.. it is a mission which reqiures alot of food.
recently i have noticed items and tools disappearing aswell.
what i would like to say is please reimburse me all the food i have lost due to your buggy corrupt game and all the items i have lost put me back on mission 4 of the overseas marriage mission.
i am an avid player of many Zynga Games. why do we deserve this, when playing your games.
i would like this sorted out asap. or i will escalate the matter and further more remove all traces of Zynga from ever device i own
