I purchased an alarm system from frontline after they convinced me that they had a great system and they were so much cheaper than their competition.

I came home yesteday and someone had broken into my house, the alarm that you can only hear in my living room was ringing when I came in. I called the police from my cell phone and they said they never got a report of the alarm going off. I spent all day today trying to get this company to rectify the problem and after about 20 minutes into each call. They hang up on me. I didn't realize they don't even do their own monitoring they sub it out to another company.
Needless to say I am done with them. I am checking to see what my options are legally to handle this situation. I never should have let them talk me into taking their crappy system that doesn't even work to save a couple of dollars a month.
These guys are criminals and I just wanted to make this known before this happens to somebodyelse.
