I ordered a system through this company after doing a lot of price shopping. I wish I would have listened to my gut, and realized sometimes you get what you pay for. The sales rep lied about what their system could do and the equipment they sent me was minimum and used. They only covered 3 doors in my house and 1 motion detector, I explained that I had a mother that was starting to loose her mind due to age and a sleep walking condition, I told them that the whole reason for getting the system was to keep her in and safe. They assured me this would work. I trusted them (BIG MISTAKE). I have 3 regular doors and 4 sliders, they said the motion would pick her up not to worry about the other doors. The motion never worked and not to mention they sent me equipment that had finger prints on it. USED... After a week the sensors had fallen off my door. I called them, they were of no help at all. They said that I signed the contract and it was my fault. I then contacted one of their competitors who sold me a system to cover all of my doors and windows. Its more per month but my mother is safe and the system works and was new. If I had it to do over again I would never have called these crooks. PLEASE DON'T REPEAT MY MISTAKE. GO WITH A COMPANY THAT IS GOING TO SELL YOU WHAT YOU ARE NEEDING, EVEN IF IT COST MORE.
