We bought a fridge which did not have any ice tray inside, When we told to the salesman he said that he will give one ice tray with the fridge when it will be delivered. But when we didn't receive any ice tray we called the salesman. He then said that he does not remember the conversation. And then he again said that we can buy an ice tray from K mart or Wallmart.

The matter is not that we can not buy an ice tray from some where else. The matter is when you can't provide some thing, do not talk about it, and you can not talk to your customer like that.
