I am so angry with Citi Mortage. They scammed my husband out of property that he only owed 7-8 years on an original mortage.

They didn't try to help him get a loan modification. They requested income verification, and other documents, we faxed over this information at least 2-3 times. You never talked to the same person and they are about the nastiest people I have ever dealt with.

They actually told us not to send in any payments, but to wait until we heard back from them. Payments were about 3-4 behind, due to family financial problems. Well we waited when we heard from them, it was impossible for us to come up with the $14, 000.00, (February 2009) they requested, we had a portion of it, but they wouldn't accept nothing but the above amount.

The home was sold in September 2009 at courthouse. There was enough equity in the home to pay it off, they took it and he never saw a penny of it, until this day.

I just don't know what the Government is doing, allowing these crooks to do us like this and get away with it.

I feel they should give my hudband the equity that was built up or just give him back his home, there is no way these people can sleep at night. My prayer for them is that Almighty God prick there hearts until they DIE.

WHO IS WILLING TO HELP THE STRUGGLING, WORKING CLASS PEOPLE IN THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?
