On Halloween night (2005) Me and a girlfriend went to a popular district (Ybor) of Tampa..We had already been to a few clubs before decided to go to Fuel, we stood in line and once we got to the door we showed our I.Ds and paid 10.00$. There was a different door man standing a couple feet away from the door to give you your wrist bands. I already had on 3 wrist band from previous clubs. The man reached down and tore all of my other wrist bands on before putting theirs on. This made us really angry because we needed to keep those wrist bands on to get back into those other clubs for free (to show we had been there and paid already) I asked the guy why he did that and he just ignored me and continued placing wrists bands on other people. I just walked away and went up to the bar and ordered a drink..before the bar tender could even hand me the drink the music in the club stoped and we were all told that the fire marshall had shut them down for the night...and what-do-you know..we were not given any refunds, I was not even given my drink because "I wouldnt have time to finish it..i needed to get out". So I spent almost 20$ and hadnt been in the club for 5mins and I wasnt even able to take a sip of my drink. I would not recommend going to this club for ANY reason. There are many great night clubs in Ybor and I would suggest visiting them.
