RIPPED OFF

I purchased a new FinePix F480 and the battery and charger were no good. I contacted Fuji Film and explained my situation. I expected them to send me out a new charger and battery...the lady was very rude, then she told me I could purchase a new battery and charger and then hung up on me!! I had a Kodac docking station go bad on me several years ago...when I contacted Kodac, they sent one right out and took care of the problem. Fugi Film could take some lessons from Kodac. I will never purchase another Fugi Film product again...company sucks!!!

Terrible experience

I brought a fuji finepix f480 camera last october. A few weeks after buying it it froze got it fixed 2 months later it froze again taking all my photos of my newborn daughter with it i couldn't believe it. I took the camera back to were i brought it and they recovered some of the pic but not all they gave me a new camera same model and now this one doing the same thing my camera got sent back, but fuji say there nothing wrong with it. What liars they are! Do not buy this camera they have a serious flaw there willing to do nothing bout it and the picture quality is crap.

I have since borrowed a camera from a family member it is a panasonic lumix and i cant believe the difference between the quality of both cameras i have now put one on layby DO NOT BUY FUJIFILM PRODUCTS THEY LIE AND STEAL
