I have had a terrible experience with this company, though i have read some complaints about this same company and i believe they are very dubious.I bought 1000pcs of DVB-S from them in march 2008 and shipped to lagos.just to discover the products were below standard and well rejected in the market.
I had $484 with them thinking i was going to buy more but when I discovered their products are bad.I decided to collect my balance from them.
so I sent them a mail as documented below in august to refund the balance but since then they have been giving me series of excuses from sickness, person in charge out of office, and more silly excuses.so i finally decided to be calling every 3 days and up till now since 2008 till today 17th april the manager mr. Paul Zhu 86-595-28106252 was always talking to me on phone before the money was sent to their company but since i started asking for refund of my remaining balance with them he keeps avoiding me on phone always pretending the phone connection is bad.I am very sure mr paul Zhu has no slight intention of paying back what does not belong to fujian Baotong. so pls beware of this company!!!their products are inferior and they are not trustworthy.
