Returned products Nov.27 Partial refund given first week of Dec'09. Promised remaining $50 as soon as product was reshelved. Call just before Christmas. Still promised refund soon. It's now Jan 16 & no refund yet. We want & need the $50. owed to us...about to report to Better Business Bureau...fraud!!!
