Yes, I am a victim of a recent on line scam in which I mistakenly ordered a FREE NO RISK trial offer for Vapor Pak electronic cigarettes. Unfortunately, I didn't see or understand the terms and conditions. The 12 day free trial offer started on the date of my order 11/18/2009. On 12/02/2009, a company called cigwthotsmk from East Berlin, CT took $99.10 from my bank account. (I used a debit card to pay for the S & H $9.95 which was deducted from my bank account on 11/20/2009 by a company named PureBuild...no longer a viable company.) After my initial order for a period of three days, I received a multitude of phone calls from this company - all different phone numbers - asking me to buy more stuff! I told them I wasn't interested in anything until I tried the product...which I didn't receive until 12/14/09! All phone numbers feed into the same line. I spoke with the Customer Service department on 12/2/2009 at which time I was promised a refund within 7-10 business days. I even received an email from "SafeTrialOffers" confirming this fact. Well, 11 days later, no refund. I called again on 12/17/2009. I was told that they would send in another request for the refund and to wait 24 to 48 hours. Still nothing. Called again. Was told they would request the refund again, and was provided with a refund code, and if I did not receive the refund by the end of year, to call them back and they would issue a check. Well, still no money, and after three calls and being put on hold for an inordinate amount of time, I gave up. I have attempted to locate this company to no avail. Can anyone help with this?

Am unable to find order form for this trial offer since no confirmation was sent & I failed to write it down. I ordered Extreme Acai Berry & Colon XR for S&H only of $5.95. It was rec'd, then the Acai Berry came again in December and again on 1/2/09. After checking my credit card acct, saw that $89.13 was being charged. Called this company and spoke to Pristine (801-208-7485). She advised that if they weren't called within 14 days of the free trial, they automatically send it (acai only) and charge your credit card. I cancelled the account & got a cancellation number. I do not remember seeing anything pertaining to the 14-day call or I'd never have ordered it. Beware of the fine print (if there was any), Consumers.

Wrote my complaint about Extreme Acai Berry yesterday. Have spent the day talking to my credit card company. The only way to sort this lot out is so make sure you have sent a cancellation letter to them before the 14 day period is up. I was given a number to call 1-887-859-1069 and tonight I have successfully cancelled this ongoing charge. I have also sent a cancellation letter to them so hopefully Fulfillment are honest enough to have cancelled. New credit cards in the UK are not the solution because you have actually agreed to a contract and money will still be taken out of your account.

I received a trial supply of Acai Tablets. I have been unable to contact by telephone as there is only an answering machine, which each time suggest you ring back some other time.
There was no email address or invoice with the goods so I have no other way of getting in touch with this firm other than writing to them with the address on the package, which I have done.
The ingredients are rubbish and I have no way of preventing this company from removing money from my Credit Card as I have never received an email confirmation of my purchase so have no online contact.
This is a completely unethical way of trading and I am disgusted that it should be allowed.

I received a bottle of 60 ColonCure capsules in my mailbox in October. There was no invoice and I had not ordered them; therefore, I thought they must be a sample product. Later when I checked my bank account online, I discovered a transaction for $89 to COLONCure. I did not order these capsules and I did not authorize the use of my bank account. Therefore, I attempted to call the 800 number listed in the transaction to no avail. Since the ringing sounded like a fax trying to go through, I tried faxing a letter to that number disputing this transaction. It repeatedly failed. I immediately went to my bank and filed a dispute against this transaction. Meanwhile, my bank told me that it would take at least 2 months to settle this with no guarantee that I would get my money back. This was money for Christmas gifts and I do not have money to throw away. I certainly would not have paid $89 for over-the-counter capsules such as these. I wrote a letter to the company and address shown on the package demanding a refund. That was October 30, 2008. It is now November 23, 2008, and I still have not heard from them. I stated in the letter that unless my money was refunded, I would file a complaint online and every where else there is a place to file a consumer complaint, including the Better Business Bureay, and the Attorney General's Office of Florida, as well as Texas. I'm not waiting any longer. Those letters of complaint go out Monday, November 24, 2008 and I fully intend to continue filing complaints until I receive satisfaction. Again, I repeat...I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS ORDER.
