I ordered a 15 day trial of Acai Berry - the one with Rachel Ray and Oprah's endorsement. The trial samples took about 3 weeks to arrive. 3 days after receiving the trial package I received a full month's supply which was now on auto ship. I did not authorize this nor did I have the trial package for the full 15 days to be given the chance to cancel the order. The phone numbers supplied were not being answered. The charge on my credit card is $89.31.

On calling my credit card company the first agent told me the charge was under My VIP Fitness. I called the credit card company a second time and the agent told me it was categorized as a fuel charge. The credit card company is sending me a form to fill out to dispute the charge. I am not liable for the charge at this time while it's in dispute.

I am sending the first auto shipment back via registered mail and cancelling the order. There was no paper work (invoice/statement) enclosed with the first auto shipment giving a customer service phone number to call. The credit card company gave me this number to call them: 877 350 8480
