Fraudulent Credit Card Charge
I ordered a trial offer of a deitary supplement on the internet and used my VISA card authorizing a $3.95 chrage in late October, 2008. I received the supplements.
On November 28th, I received another mailing with a larger order and checked my on-line statement. I noticed two unathorized charges. One for $29.95 on 11/12/08 and one for $89.31 on 11/19/08. I did not authorize either of these charges and have notified my credit card company.

rip off
I ordered the free trial on October 21, 2008 and used my credit card to pay the shipping and handling. They shipped the non-prescription toxic cleansing pills on the 8th of November, 19 days after the order. In the package was a notice that I would be billed for the next shipment 14 days after the original order date.
They also gave a number to call to cancel the order but when I did they tried to substitute other pills but I insisted on cancelling. They said there was another number to call and then hung up on me.
I had to call my credit card company and cancel my card. The second shipment of pills arrived and my credit card company told me to return them by registered mail and wait for a credit.
The only way to stop this is to cancel your card or put a stop payment on your account.

unauthorized withdrawls
I had ordered something online to try and kept it and even the second bottle because I didn't realize they were charging my credit card $89.31 each time, when I finally figured it out, I called them, i had to track down the number because the phone number they send you with the paper is a fake and they said to send back the bottle and get a tracking number and I would get a refund. I did all that and I'm still waiting, it hasn't been a month yet so I'm hoping to still get that refund or my credit card said they will refund it for me but I don't want to have to to go through this every month. They're obviously a smarmy, they don't even say the name of the company when they answer the phone. I also told them to cancel any future orders. Actually I had told them that once before and they sent me more pills.

I got the free trial of 14 tablets.. I checked my credit card balance and sure enough there was a charge for $89.31 cents, which is tons more than the free trial was supposed to be, plus th has a different phone nubmer and different name but all from UT.
Anything to help?

After seeing the ad on Rachael Ray's cooking show. I decided to
order the FREE trial size witha $3.95 shipping charge. When
I received the package there was a note in fine print that stated
my Credit Card would be billed automatically each month
after 14 days of trial in the amount of $89.31 for a 31 day supply and each month thereafter for the same amount. A phone number listed to cancel does NOT ANSWER after repeated
calls. I have thjis day filed a complaint with Mr Bill McCollum,
the Florida State Attorney General for this Company's SCAM.
Check the Internet for ACAI BERRY and you will find many, many, complaints about this SCAM.

Acai Berry
After ordering a sample for $3.95, I was charged for more shipments $80.00 plus dollars when I never agreed to further orders or authorized any further charges. After calling the customer service number which coincidentally has a horribly bad phone line so all you can hear is every other word they say, I got it cancelled but the girl then said they take no refunds so I can do whatever I want with my bottles.

I can not get ahold of them to cancel a account they keep charging me 90 dollars a month!!!
They have given 5 numbers you can call all of which are FAKE!!! You either get a busy signal, get hung up on or are just on hold and NO ONE ever picks up!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

i agree to the trial offer, & to pay for only $3.95 for S&H. that amount was auto debted from my checking acct on oct.14, 2008. i received the product on oct.23, 2008. i have tried on numerious occassions thru-out the day to cx any future oreders/shipments per the co's request, with no answer via the number they sent on a piece of paper w/the product. i too am calling my bank instantly to prevent any further damage. what a croc this group are!!! i should have known it sounded too good to be true, when the ad said " FREE".

received a product that I did not order, have been trying to call them but all I get is a busy signal they have charged my account 89.00 and I dont want the product nor do I want to pay this amount what do I do?
