I purchased Femax brand of breast enhancement product from Fundamental Solutions, Inc for $264 in dec 2007 with the guarantee that I will get a refund if it does not work.

Took the product for six months and absolutely no results so I asked for a refund. It was denied becos' they said that I did not follow proper use and that indicated non compliance with the terms of their guarantee. They sent me short of 1 bottle and that cause a 1 week delay which I'm sure did not contribute to the failure of the program as I followed directions for 6 months.

To me that was just a ploy to not refund customers their money. I had written to them to consider my refund but still unable to resolve this issue.

Even after several phone calls they refuse to call or write back. Unfortunately a lot of people including myself fall prey to buy products making false claims and there is no one stopping these companies. I am definitely more cautious now and try to look for reviews b4 buying products online. This is where you can help consumers make careful choices.
