They take your money up front and tell you that they will ship letters to you in about 8 weeks. I never received the letters and it;s 12 weeks later and never received a refund. They will not answer my emails and they do not have a business phone #. They have their own website and also sell the letters on EBay. I purchased through EBay and wasn't able to get any help from EBay either. Beware of this merchant!!
