Last month I noticed unauthorized charges on our Sprint bill from FunMobile an SendMe Mobile. The weird thing is we never signed up for this service. I contacted the companies, as well as Sprint and was assured that I would be credited on my Sprint bill and the service discontinued. Lo and behold, this month's bill - same charges. This time Sprint said they could not credit me and I had been given misinformation, until I told them I would make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Then they changed their tune. The ringtone companies said they would stop the service (but I've heard that before). So, I filed a complaint to the BBB on both ringtone providers. If you are having trouble with either of the ringtone companies, you might want to check them out on the BBB, as they have numerous complaints. If you are unsatisfied or being scammed, make a complaint. You can do it for free and on-line. If Sprint does not credit my account on my next bill, I will file a complaint against them as well.
