I found a great price for a boxed DVD set as a present. I ordered from FunTVShop.com. When the package arrived from China yesterday, the red flag went up. It's a pirated set. Should have known that it was too good to be true. Did my research too before ordering. Checked up on them via review sites. Nothing bad.

Looking through the product (Lost: The Complete Collection), the game pieces are photocopied and as is the Ankh. There are no game instructions. The little light torches don't even work and the DVD sleeves were upside down and out of order - as if someone had already gone through the box. The discs play, but the previews beforehand look as though they're from rented discs. And besides all of this, the fumes emitted from the packaging gave me an instant headache.

Filed a complaint with the FBI, had my credit card number changed and the charges disputed. The cc company removed the charges from my bill.

I'm in touch with another person who was scammed by these robbers and she posted her complaints online just yesterday. Have a feeling that this company is able to monitor and erase any bad press.
