scam
I have also been scammed by this company and have tried to get a refund and even though I have a cacellation number and a refund number I have yet to see a refund. Beware of this disreputable company and all of it's affiliates--I was also burned by, My Resources 365, 9 Member Support, and Credit Security. I had to close my account and file an affidavit with my bank. They also came up with "nada" --

billing
I cancelled this 09/14/09. Cancellation Reference Code CX697552. Today I got another bill on my charge card for $69.97. I would like to know what the hell is going on.

unathorized charge to my bank account
Took their 29.95 fee out of my account when I had yet to give them any of my bank info, and while I was still well within the 14 day free trial period, of which I still have six days left as I'm writing this complaint. I did order something from an affiliate, which should not give them the right to go into my bank account nor was that indicated in any of their ads. Hopefully this will help to put and end to their ruse and inform others that they are full of sh--.

SCAM
This company promotes information on making money with Google for under $2. Once they get your credit card information (or bank account), they charge $25 to $70 every few days using a wide variety of aliases. They also give your information to a wide variety of other scam companies so that your telephone and email inbox become flooded.

Here are some of the company names I've seen attributed to this company as aliases online:
JetProcessing & VMC, InstantCS, View Marketing, FunWebProfits, Google Fortune, Google Works, Google Works Today, Alt Funding, Access Ideas, My Resource, PrivateMoneySource, and whatever else...

Once they have your information, you will see charges appearing every few days from one of these companies (or others). In my own case, it was FunWebProfits, AltFunding, and Access Ideas. In total, I was charged $160 in less than 2 weeks. Trying to cancel the account didn't work. They just started charging me under another company name.

The ONLY way to stop the charges is to close your account and open a different one. Do NOT connect the old and new account in any way or the charges will continue to appear. It is a major pain. I had to close my credit card account, change my email address, and change my phone number. Then had to notify my legit chargers about the account change and everyone else about the phone number and email address. HUGE annoyance.

If you get burned by this company: Close your account first!

Next, report them to [email protected], who is their domain registrar.
Next, report them to [email protected], which is their hosting service.
Next, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.org
Next, report them to the Florida State Attorney General at:

or by calling 1-866-9-NO-SCAM (1-866-966-7226)

These steps of revenge are the only way you will get any satisfaction from this company. Hopefully we can save others from being scammed by them.
Good luck out there!

Did not provide product promised
Signed up for trial offer download but only received garbled email from company. Email was completely unintelligible. There was no download sent. I requested the download and the company responded by saying they would look in to it and that they appreciated my patience. That was on August 6th. There have been two unauthorized charges to my credit card which I would like refunded. To be fair the company requested I forward the email sent to me from them which I did. I have not had any response since. The company has not supplied any product or download, therefore the charges to my account amount to theft. Be wary of any dealings with this company.

Fraud
I have put together the step by step Events and Documents that shows the way I got ‘suckered’ into this scam by following what appeared to be an innocent ad inviting me to earn an income through a reputable company, Google. Like the other complainant, I got two auto-responses. One from FunWebProfits. the other from Alternative Funding. I contacted both companies through the customer service number they give and both admitted they have my application info in their records, they have no affiliation with Google and claim they know nothing about the ad I responded to but I would be automatically billed a substantial monthly fee when my trial period ends.

I have included a pasted copy of all the documents I refer to. Please see my attached documents and also note my comments at the bottom of the page

Scam
This is a scam misrepresented as a Google product. They charge you $1.97 and you get 2 different emails. One stating that you've signed up for a trial offer for 14 days. If you don't cancel before then, you'll be charged $29.95 monthly for a product that I declined. The other is for an instructional CD. In the fine print of the terms and conditions, it states that if you don't cancel, you'll be charged on a monthly basis. No where in the sign up for the CD was anything stated. Many complaints on the same subject under different names.
