Dear Sir:
On Sept 11, 2010 I ordered online the Füri zilch Diamond Fingers knife sharpener, advertised as $14.95 plus 1 free, plus shipping & handling They billed me the full price $61.70.
I have tried continuously since the order to cancel it, I was repeatedly told it was not in the system. I have emailed 3 times to cancel the order and phoned 4 times in the last 3 days.
Yesterday they asked for my phone # and they would contact me when the order came in the system[ of course nothing happened]
Today I again phoned the second time today and was told the order was in and sent to shipping and they could not stop it. They have also taken the money out of my account $61.70
I requested to talk to a supervisor and was put on hold & left there for 22 minutes, Is this what you call customer service?
I again called and finally got a supervisor, but she said the same thing, that nothing could be done that I could send it back (which will cost me $31.80, that is not refundable) I asked her if shipping had a phone, she said yes. I told her phone shipping and cancel the order #7481873.
I have purchased many things online but have never seen the likes of this kind of treatment.
Is this some type of scam? I am sure you don't want your company to have this kind of reputation, but if this is how you treat customers, that is exactly what will happen
