The some differences are ordered a dining room set that finally got delivered 5 months after, it came in damaged, and Randy got completely upset that I didn't sign for the items that cost me $2779.00. As she stated excuse after excuse. I ordered my dining room set off E-bay back in Nov 2008. He promised to deliver after Christmas. Christmas came and went and he said he didn't get the set out due to the holidays. He said Jan 6 he would get it out and I would have it in two weeks. Jan 20 came and I never got it but another lame excuse. I asked for a refund but he would not give it to me. He did offer me another set that was closer in a warehouse in Chicago so I said okay, and I would have it in two weeks. Never got it as promised in the time frame. Later I found out it the set was in a warehouse of a friend he was to deliver the furniture and he said due to the economy he could not deliver for another month. March came and so did more lies. End of March the furniture got shipped. April 2009 the furniture got crossed and my set went to Virginia and someone else set came to Birmingham Alabama. My set got ended up in someone else home and it had to be repacked and shipped out. Finally mid April the set came in and it was broken. I did not sign for it. Randy was UPSET and started blaming me stating that I did not follow the directions that he sent to be. I was to sign for the furniture regardless of the condition and file a claim with Estes Freight who refused to reimburse me due to poor packing on Randy's end or where ever the furniture came from.
