Horrible Owner w/illegal workers
My mother had put a bedroom set on hold for my younger sibling a few weeks ago. My sisters & I decided to surprise my mother by purchasing this bedroom set & include new sofas for her as a Christmas gift. Patty, my younger sister of 16 years walks up to an asian man "the owner" & requests help. He raises his voice by saying "I don't have time right now to help you, come back another time!" I patiently & politely walk up to him & request assistance, again! He looked at me & started walking away saying "we're wasting his time." At this point I have no idea what I or my sisters have done to this stranger/"owner". Tim, this supposably owner of the Furniture Gallery starts bad mouthing my mother by saying that she also has wasted his time before. I apologized & tried to explain why we were there. He said he didnt care & we could do whatever we wanted with complaints. It was my first time ever seeing this man also my first time in this dirty & hazardize store. This furniture store was over stocked with sofas on top of beds, with picture frames on top of another on tables. You can barley walk around in there! By the back door near the parrot he had a few illegal workers working on the furniture. I am a 28 year old women who was only trying to put a smile on my mother & baby sisters face. The only reason I am writing this complaint is because the owner advised me to & because my younger sister DID NOT have to go through something like that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GRIMY, RUDE & PATHETIC PERSON @ THE FURNITURE GALLERY!
