WARNING PLEASE READ THIS: This Company, Furniture Packages USA, is nothing short of a nightmare to deal with, especially it's owner Joe who is a liar and full of hot air. He will tell you what you want to hear and then drop the ball again and again. First of all we have a Home that we hired Joe to furnish, that was FIVE months ago. His crew of unskilled and sloppy labor came a day late without as much as a phone call. Part of his scam is to demand all money upfront before he delivers your furniture claiming some sob story about how he was burned once before, so now he does the burning to his clients. The company decors and furnishes homes and vacation rentals, often so without following up on their work, leaving it up to the customer to find crappy defective furniture and messes left behind by the "movers". When they arrived they did not have all of the furniture promised in the contract and have subsequently returned several times to correct their mistakes only to say, sorry the job still is not done. I cleaned the house before they arrived and expected it to be left in a clean matter. His crew of five people came in and out on the house with their shoes on over 100 times and tracked dirt, mud, and paint throughout the house, and after that they refused to clean up after themselves, leaving us to clean up their mess. To this date the job is still INCOMPLETE. Furniture missing, inferior "junk" furniture still waiting to be replaced, and kitchen staples like a toaster and more still missing. Even though they are specified in the contract to be part of the package. We have wasted over 20 hours dealing with the "owner""JOE" trying to resolve problems, since he hasn't fulfilled his duty and has promised on many occasions to do so, he is a liar that I would not trust as far as I can throw him. At this point he has promised to return phone calls via email and has simply blown the customer off. The last route we will begin the process of is arbitration and possibly small claims. A warning to ANYONE even considering to do business with Furniture Packages USA, DO NOT DO IT.
