Bad service and product!
I went to Furniture World in Vermont to purchase a mattress for my king size bed. I was looking at Sealy. I have to admit that I went shopping without doing enough research on mattresses. The owner of Furniture World suggested I purchase this Symbol brand pillow top mattress. She said she had NEVER had any of them return compared to the Sealy's. I bought right into her story. She told me it was a local company that did not advertise much but had a wonderful product(another lie)... I received the mattress. After only a few nights I noticed it already had started to sink where I was sleeping. My back was aching. In disbelief, I took the sheets down to check the sinking. The stitching was coming apart all the way around the mattress top. It was total junk. I went back to the store and wanted to give her back the mattress and purchase somewhere else. I was very upset that she sold me a real piece of junk. She had lost my trust. Because it was a quality issue, I felt that I should have been able to return the mattress for refund. She would not let me do that. So, I decided to swap it for a Sealy instead. She charged me almost 50.00 delivery for the second mattress!! What a joke! I am disputing the charge and she literally LIED to the credit card company. She said there was no stitching problems, etc etc. Little did she know that I took photos of the stitching problems! I would NOT do business with this company. Her own salesman told me that he couldn't believe she sold me a Symbol mattress with a bad back! Do not do business with this company. They are not nice people at all.
