We ordered a table in March 2010. At the end of June 2010 we still have no table and no promise of one. That is over a quarter of a year. We have nothing more that a handful of e-mails asking us to cancel our order, informing us of yet again more delays, baseless "customer service" discounts that nobody has proof of nor do they think they were applied and of course at our home ...still no table.

Even after talking to the general manager there were no solutions. They "encouraged" us to buy similar but much more expensive tables at no discount nor at the price of our chosen product. As something that is to be part of my home for several years-I was in no hurry to pay more and get something I didn't want. They assured us that they would stay in contact and yet we never heard from anyone except the trite "arrival date has been pushed back again" e-mails. In the end we had no choice but to cancel--over 5 months and this company did nothing but provide excuses and blame others for thier incompetence. We will never order from them again!

I ordered a dinning room set which included a table, 6 side chairs, and a server on October 2, 2008. The website said 2-4weeks for shipping. As of today, November 12, 2008, it still has not shipped and I can not get anyone to return e-mails or phone calls which I have be leaving for two weeks now.
Terrible company to work with. Please do not use them for anything.
