This company charged my debit card $490, but never delivered the furniture ordered. Also refuses to refund the money. How can I get my money back from these scammers?

I ordered furniture set from oneclickfurniture.com or something like that but it ends up to be FurnitureBrandsGroup.Com. The order was made since Jan 08, a few months later, I check and Suzie Walker told me they need to fill the truck and promised shipment will be in 1 month. As of July 14, 08. None has been shipped. I asked for order cancellation, they cancelled my order in two days but not mentioning the refund. I have sent email, none replied. They are bad people and have been in this kind of business for so long.. How could that be!!! Be ware...
