I am extremely displeased with Fusion! I recently bought a 37" LCD TV from them and 2 months in it stopped working.
I have called the customer support line and every time I call I get an automated message telling me that everyone is busy. I have left messages, just like they instruct, and I have yet to hear back from them.
I thought since this was a new company they would at least have good customer service so they could actually compete with the more well known brands, but no. The TV is still under warranty, so I would expect to get at least a service representative to help me out.
