On 12th Aug 2010 I did shopping at big bazar of around Rs. 2313/- I presented my ICICI debit card to the cashier Sudhir Sode, the machine was as usual not working, cashier swiped the card once and then dropped the swipe machine on the ground, he called someone saying the m/c is nt working and swiped my csard again. Double of money got deducted from my ICICI account. On receiving msg I immediately went to customer care serice desk. Then called Neelam, she told me the she will check the settlement and will revert me, call me. She never called. I called her twice next day but she never took any action. Finally on 14th after I called her she said she will mail to ICICI bank. I gave her my email id asking her to keep me in Copy. On 15th Aug I again called her as I never recvd any mail from her. She said the mail is still in her outbox. Today I am still waiting for her and on calling her someone else is picking the phone. IS THIS A WAY TO HANDLE CUSTOMER ISSUES?
