On several occasions I have purchased products from this store. The last purchase was a month ago. I attempted to return a very expensive defective cable for my HD TV to Receiver connection. They refused to accept it as I didn't have a receipt. Talked to the manager and he said to bring it back in and he would try to find out by searching master card receipts. What a hustle dealing with this company. I think the main issue is that if you return something that they have to charge back the person commission who sold it to me. I have absolutely never had a problem with other large stores from Costco to the Bay. They have a customer satisfaction warranty and they have never asked me for a receipt..... ever and without question have looked after me 100% and hustle free.
