We are very angry about this business with Susan Weir Crafts.We always contact the person named Susan of Susan Weir Crafts for this business.
Susan sent the high density EVA foam sample for us reference, we produced the perfect bulk production(after she received the bulk production, she emailed to us that they looked wonderful and she was very pleased!) for her according to her requirements.
But about freight, that happened problem.Originally, Susan wanted to receive the goods by SAL mail.We consulted the post office, and provided the freight to Susan.In China, SAL(Surface Air Lifted):the price of SAL is one and a half more than the price of Fedex.The price is more expensive than Fedex and the deliver time is about one month.We told this fact to Susan for our many years experience.Finally, Susan was according to our suggestion and decided to ship the goods by Fedex.She provided her Fedex account to us.Then, we told Susan that If she wanted freight to collect, the freight was more expensive than the freight prepaid.But Susan insisted on freight to collect, then, we told box size, qty, weight, and dimensions to Susan and suggested she contacted her local Fedex and confirmed the detailed freight with freight to collect.Later, Susan told us she had confirmed the freight with her local Fedex and asked us to ship the goods soon.She is my customer, what else should we do?Of course, we shipped the goods according to her requirements with freight to collect.After she received and signed the goods, she said she was very satisfactory with this bulk production.But two days later, our local Fedex sent the notice of refusing to pay the freight to us and asked us to pay the freight.My god!Our local Fedex told us that our customer felt the freight was expensive, so she refused to pay it.About the big express company, if it uses freight to collect, after the customer refuse to pay the freight, they won't ask the customer to pay it from then on, the Fedex only ask the supplier to pay the freight.If Susan use the freight prepaid(about USD1045), the freght is more cheaper than the freight to collect.But Susan used the freight collect, the freight was over USD 3600.Now, Susan said she was happy to pay USD 1045, that means the balance payment we should help her pay it.She act this behaviour dishonestly!The balance freight is near to the total cost which we received from Susan.In other words, we provide the free goods to Susan, but we also lose the additional same money and pay it to Fedex by ourself.What should we do???We are very disappointed about Susan's behaviour!
