When I checked my bank account online this morning I discovered an unauthorized charge of $87.13 for Acai-Berry. I did order the trail subscription (s&h only). I called the company the day the shipment arrived to cancel any further transactions. Because I could not poduce the paperwork stating my call to cancel today when I called to object this new charge, I was told that nothing could be done to reverse the charge. "Joy" assured me that she would cancel my subscription today. That doesn't maker me (or my bank account) feel one bit better! I am not satisfied with this product anyway and plan to return it. I'm sure the tactics FWM is using will not result in a refund! What a ripoff!
