I recently ordered the free trial offer of the Acai Berry Detox from the internet, and I happened to run across this compaint page my free trail arrived! Boy, I am glad I saw in time!! I immediatley called and cancelled my future shipments with the company ( this is the same day that my free trial arrived). I recieved my free trial 4 buisness days after ordering it and my card had a deduction of 2.95 and 1.95 with ACAI for the company name. Of course, they promised me that everything was cancelled. I was still nervous about it, and the next day I called the FWM laboratories back 1-866-949-0138 and asked about the status of my account. They proceded to ask me my info and told me that my account was still active. I was furious and told them that I had cancelled the day before and they had even given me a cancellation number. They said they had no record of this call. Bull****!!! I also sent an email requesting a cancellation of the Acai Berry Detox with my full name and address and the product name. They said they never recieved my email request. I am pleading with all customers that has ordered from this company to close all credit cards that you used to purchase your products!!! I fear that they will wait a month or two and charge you again. I have cancelled my card and was issued a new number. Please do the same before it is too late!!
Also, your info may have been sold to a third party! You could end up with a lot of activation fees from these companies!!
