I ordered a sample of Acai berry supplements. This was supposed to be a free trial for just low cost of shipping. I never recieved the sample but was charged $87.13 for another supply. I called the number on my credit card transaction, spoke to a representative who said my account would be refunded within 3 buisiness days. That was on 12/23/08. Today is 12/29/08-the phone number now is either busy or you are asked to please hold and sit listening to endless music.If anyone can offer advise to get my money back please let me know.
