unauthorized charges to my account
Ordered a free trial - cancelled it and I am still being charged every 14 days. I don't recieve any products and I don't want to that's why I cancelled so not only are they making unauthorized charges to my account they are charging for products they don't even ship.

FWM Labortories keep sending me this useless diet pitlls and charging me for them, this is an unauthorized deliver and debit to my checking account.

FRAUD/FAILURE TO REFUND
I ordered a trial bottle of Life Cleanse for $3.95 and a few days later my account was charged $87.13. I called immediately to cancel any auto ship [conpletely unauthorized] and to request a refund of the charge. My account was credited $40 within a few days, but I am still trying to get the balance of $47.13 refunded. Today, while on hold for 47 minutes, I went online and found to my great dismay that there are pages of people who have the same issue with this company. How can they get away with this?

Charge for fee sample/no refund
I was charged for what was advertised as a a free product "Acari Berry". I've called the company FWM laboratories to credit my account and they told me my request would go to their refund department for review. I asked to speak to the refund department directly and they were not reachable. I have to wait for an email confirmation. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and was told "she" is on the line. I was then put into voice mail which just said "leave a message". The two extensions I was transfed to were 0160 and 001. I sope to an Ogree, James, Orlando and Nancy. Ogree hung-up on me, James and Orland put me into the voice mail and Nancy put me in the queue where no one ever answered. I had filed a dispute with my credit card and am filing a complaint with the BBB in Florida.

Incorrect Billing
I requested an on-line trial of the ACAI BERRY DETOX on 1/14/09 and did not receive the product until 2/6/09. On 2/13/09 I called to cancel because it made me sick to my stomach and was given a confirmation number. I noticed that I was charged $87.13 on 2/15/09 so I contacted 866-949-0138, while on hold for 30 minutes I noticed I had also been charged $87.13 on 1/29/09. When the rep finally came on I was told that they would forward my concern to the refund department and she could not give me an ETA on when I would receive my refund. I then requested to speak with a supervisor and was transfered to x 0240 and left a detailed message and requested a call back.
After reading other complaints I wonder if I will ever hear from this company again.

Company charged my VISA account without authorization for 3 shipments never approved by me. Complained to Bank of America on 2/15/09.

unauthorized charge
i checked my banking account today and noticed a charge for today, 2-14-09, for $87.13 from acai elite. which comes from above business name. i did not authorize for FWM to charge my account and ordered the product because it was being offered for free. i was only responsible for the shipping/handling which was $3.95. i dispute this charge and i'm not authorizing this charge. i have already informed my banking institutions.

a month ago i ordered the free acai berry sample and willingly paid for the 3.95 shipping and handling. now they have charged me 80 goddamn dollars!!! those assholes need to be put in jail, this is ridiculous
