There is no free trial because you cannot contact them to cancel. When I got something other than voice mail, which was never returned, I was first told they had no record of me ordering from them even though my credit card has been billed twice. The next day I called again and was told the number that came with the order was not that of FWM Laboratories. That is when I found this web site and found the # that Kadie posted. 954-699-0814. I talked to someone who said they would cancel future shipments and she gave me a confirmation number. Besides this being a scam, the product is extremely overspriced. I found some at CVS pharmacy for only 9$ That is a difference of 76$ difference! I hope this posting will prevent someone else from wasting their money.

I viewed the website reseaching the product & thought since the product was free, I would try it. However, after entering my credit card information, I read the fine print & realized it was a scam. I decided against it. I immediately closed the website and did not complete the transaction. I never received an email comfirming the order or even acknowledging I was on the site. Yesterday I received the free bottle in the mail & proceeded to call the company & inquire why I received the product. At that time I was informed my card had been charged $87. The only item I received was the free sample which I am returning to the sender today 2/11. I requested to speak to a supervisor & was put on hold close to an hour. I called from a different phone & the call was answered. I was once again placed on hold to speak to a supervisor. I attempted to get someone to answer the phone for the next 3 hours. The recording states the waiting period is between 3 to 5 minutes due to high call volume. I called this morning and spoke with Brian with pretty much the same speak. I have notified my credit card company that I did not authorize this charge. This is definitely a scam.

i ordered from GNS, INc for the Acai berry and all of a sudden i get dinged from my checking acct 5.95, .05, .70...I get a package from GNS and I called the number 1-866-949-0138 which i thought was GNS when my account got charged 87.13 a week after the package came. I canceled my subscription or so i thought and was in the process of sending the items back. Well this was January 26th and on January 31 i get charged 79.90 from Gns for my subcription. I called them immedicately and they were very helpful and will be refunding my money on Wednesday. It has been 2 weeks since i spoke with the first of many people at Fwm Laboratories and i have yet to get my 87.13 back. This is crazy...i ordered from one site and i get charged out of nowhere from this company. Unhappy to say the least...

I have cancelled this product and they keep sending me the product and charging my credit card. I have followed all the instructions and returned product. Please help.

Ordered a "FREE Trial product" from this company...never received product AND got charged $87.13 on my account. When calling and complaining I got the runaround again and again and again. I was even told that my account had been refunded the $87.13 that day I called. As you would expect my account was never refunded! I was also charged a mysterious $2.16 similar to other blogs I have read. THIS IS A SCAM. I wish I could close these SOB's down.
