I ordered a trial of acai berry detox. I sent an email cancelling future orders to the email address listed on the website within 14 days of receiving the sample. I informed the company that I would not authorize payment of any future shipments, but I received another shipment today.

When i ordered this on line. I decided I didnt want it so the next day I tried calling the number listed and every time I called it said the mail box was full. So i wrote a letter telling them to cancel it and that I was sending a copy to my lawyer. I received a package in the mail yesterday from them and as of right now I have talked to someone who cant speak good english and when I told them about the letter of course they did not receive it. I told them to cancel my order and charge back my card. The lady said she would send it to the refund department but that there was no guantee that it would be cancelled or my money refunded. I asked her to transfer me to the refund department or get me a supervisor on the line. I am currently on hold and have been for 20 minutes. I am going to contact the BBB and contact someone in Hollywood, FL about this company. They need to be stopped.

this company will not stop sending me bottles of their product, even though i cancelled my order the day i made it. in one month i have gotten 9 bottles. they need to be investigated

Offering a free sample of Acai Berry Detox for only shipping and handling. Naturally you have to have a payment method, generally a credit or debit card. Once you accept the free
sample they bill you $87.13 every week and do not ship anything. I called emailed and
the email barely hits the airwaves until you get a message you do not have an account with them.
When I called FWM laboratories they said they would issue a refund and close the account. Instead they immediately within minutes of talking to them they attempted to pull another $87.13 from
my card which I stopped. They waited a few days and were successful in pulling another $87.13
from my Visa.
Please stop these people as they are robbing the public of millions of dollars a week.
I have cancelled my debit card and yet they have managed to access my checking account
and continue to take money. Today I am closing my checking account and cancelling
my new Visa debit Card that they should have no knowledge of but these are scammers and
crooks beyond belief.

First of all - Their ads are everywhere! "as seen on Oprah" or "Racheal Ray lost 30 pounds" or "I lost 30 pounds using free products"

My card was charged 2 separate amounts by two separate companies. on my baking statement it shows up as: 89.31 by COMPLETEMASS LABS 866-2187869 UT and 87.13 by ACAIBERRY&LIFECLEANS 866-949-0138. I called COMPLETEMASS LABS at the number provided on my statement and waited about 15 minutes before a CSR answered the phone - first I got "Nita" I explained to her that I have not rec'd the trial product, and my account was charged 89.31 before the 14 day trial period for the entire program (so to speak) She insisted on sending me ANOTHER trial bottle - I I no longer wanted it, and want my money back. who refused to refund my money. We went back and forth - was put on hold 5 to 10 minutes at a time (she probably was hoping i'd hang up) and ultimately was still refused a refund. Finally after I threatened to file a police report I was hung up on. I called again and spoke to "kim" who also refused a refund - said that I electronically signed their agreement and was bound to it - I explained that I was calling within the 14 day period - did not even recieve the so called sample so I wanted to cancel - she said she will cancel but not refund my money. I was hung up on again - I decided to be as "tricky" as they were and called once again - this time I LIED! I told the csr that answered the phone that I called earlier and forgot to get the confirmation # for my refund - He said he didn't see a refund issued and I told him I called and spoke to a very nice lady - didn't say a name-who "escalated my concern to the refund department" he was very agreeable and said he'll confirm that - came back with a confirmation number and the next day- VIOLA! my money back!

Now with ACAIBERRY&LIFECLEANS - they gave me no problem whatsoever - said they'll refund my money - but no refund yet. the phone number on my statement worked one day but was disconnected the next - here's another number, after researching, that is operational (for the time being) it is a Florida number 954-699-0814. "Apple" said that I will recieve an email confirmaiton regarding the refund..it's been 4 days.. I'll let you all know wether or not i receive the refund.
