Unauthorized billing
After receiving an email offering me a free bottle of Acai Berry capsules if I would pay postage only, I received a bottle in an envelope without any information on the product or the company. In a few days I received a second bottle of a similar product. When I received my credit card bill I had been charged two times for $87.13 each. I used the phone # shown on my credit card and called FWM.
After many calls and much waiting time I talked with a lady who said she would cancel any further orders and issue a refund to my credit card. She gave me a confirmation #, 115647, and said I would receive an email confirming this.
I have not recieved an email and contacted the company again and was told I would receive and email confirming I was being refunded the charges. I also contacted my credit card twice telling them of the fraud and asking them not to accept any more charges from the company. I offered to cancel my card if there was any danger of any more charges. I was told that would not be necessary that they would take care of it.

product not received and was charged for.
I ordered (like evidently many others did) the Acai Berry Detox. My order number is 607285 and I placed that order on December 25, and as of this date of January 29, I have not received the merchandise. I called and talk to a representative on January 17 because I was charged $87.13 for the product, plus $1.74 service fee. She closed or so she said, and someone would email me. That never happened nor did them credited my debit card. I wished like so many, that I would have checked out the company. Please stop them!!!

unauthorized charges on credit card
There are two charges on my credit card which I did not authorize or receive product for. These charges total $175.26. The credit card company says it cannot do anything because these were recurring charges - going from month to month. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE USE OF MY CREDIT CARD NOR DID I EVER GET ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM. When I tried to phone, the mailbox is full on one phone and the other has been disconnected.

Charged After Cancellation
I cancelled a Free Trial of Acai Berry Detox by the end of the trial period and was still charged $87 and change. This has caused me to have to cancel my Visa card while I await their refund department from processing the cancellation and refund.
This company's scam is to grab you with a "Free 14 Day Trial" and in print so small you can't hardly see it, their terms say "trial period starts from date of shipment"... Well, it took about 8 or 9 days to receive the free trial product and I phoned on the last day to cancel. They processed a charge on the day after I phoned and then tried to tell me I cancelled after 14 days.

illegalcharge
I agreed to a "free" trial bottle and paid for the shipping. Then on my next credit card statement Ihave a $87.13 charge and received another bottle without my authorization. I will return both unopened bottles and want the $87.13 removed from my card.

Charged $87.13 before 14 day trial was up
I ordered a "free 14-day trial" of Acai Berry Detox with the understanding that I would be charged only the shipping charges of $3.95. After having the product in my possesion for only 10 days, my credit card was charged $87.13. I tried to call to get the charges reversed because I don't like the results. My initial calls were attempted on Jan. 23 -- I got a recording that the number had been disconnected. I tried again today (Jan. 28) in hopes that there had merely been a problem with their phone system, and I did get through. However, the calls kept getting disconnected before I could complete the conversation with their representative. Before we got disconnected the second time, the representative was trying to tell me I'd not called within the 14 days after ordering the product online -- it isn't a 14-day trial if I don't have it in my possession at least 14 days! This is misleading the public and should be considered illegal!

Acai berry
They will not credit my account. I have tried to call 4 times to the 1-800 number but no on one can find my account but they can still manage to bill me!!! I am frustrated. They even put me on hold for a supervisor but the line eventually went dead. I have tried to call back but now a recording comes on to tell me the line has been disconected.

Credit Card Fraud
I ordered the "free trial" of acai berry and life cleanse. I received 2 bottles per day for 8 days - this made me suspicious so I began trying to contact the company to cancel the order. The number included in the shipment did not allow me to talk with anyone. Initially, I got an automated message stating that my wait time was approximately 3 - 5 minutes. I called this number 5 times at different times of day and I waited on hold for anywhere from 8 to 22 mintues before getting frustrated and hanging up. At times, the number was just busy. The number on my credit card statement had a message stating, "the voice mail box you have reached is full" and then disconnected. They began charging my credit card - one day it was $87, the next day it was $69. I had to cancel the credit card and file dispute paperwork with my bank.

Fraud and scam
FMW Laboratories market there Acai Berry Products of Detox and Cleanser as free Items for just the cost of shipping $3.95. I was billed 3 times for the detox product and full prices of $87.13 for the cleanse. When I tried to cancel the order and question the charges I found that the toll free number they list is no longer in service. Their website also turns up no access to customer service rep.
Now I'm worried about continuing charges on my credit card for products I no longer want. My credit card company says I have little recourse but to send a certified letter to FMW laboratories and then they maybe able to do something to stop further charges. This is the first time I've bought anything over the internet--I know now buyer beware.
