unauthorized charges & shipping
I received my sample that I ordered online. Then I learned more about the potential risks of this product and decided not to use it. I called the company and told them I would keep this sample, but DO NO SEND ANY MORE!! I just received another bottle of the crap today 1/26th/09 and it was charged to my credit card of which they obviously have kept a record. I will try to return this product to sender through USPS. I will also notify my credit card company to refuse any further charges placed by this company. I am also notifying our State Attorney's office.

fraud/unauthorized charges
I canceled my order and I am still being charged. Since cancelling I have had $120 of unauthorized charges posted to my credit card.

Unauthorized Charge
Attention: Customer Service, FWM Laboratories
My son placed an order with your company for Acai Berry Detox for $3.95 and a Life Cleanse for $3.95 only. After receiving the products, within three days I was charged $87.13 on my credit card of which I did not authorize. I have tried contacting your company with the phone numbers that I have obtained from your website, 1-866-870-0692 and 1-866-949-0138 both of which were either out of service or the voicemail box was full. I have filed a dispute with my bank regarding this charge.
I would appreciate an email from you as well concerning this unauthorized charge.

unauthorized charges to my cc
I have been trying to reach this company since I received the trial sample, and can't get anyone to answer, in fact, they say their mail box is full and cannot accept any new messages. Then I found this website and have continually called all these numbers to no avail, they are either not in service or cannot accept anymore messages. Any sugguestions? Sounds like I will have to cancel this cc in order to get this resolved.

i have called my CC company to dispute charges to this company. There is nobody at website or is there a working phone number. hopefully my cc co. can dispute charges and get them for fraud

Charging credit cards without autorization
This company has made over 6 unauthorized charges to my charge card account and has used different descriptions and contact phone numbers each time it has charged my accounts. In less than a month I have charges on my account in the amount of $295 when the amount to be charged was 3.95 for shipping and handling of a product I was supposed to be getting for free. Please help in reporting this scam as fraud.

charged my account
order # 155116 I called and canceled my order on 12/08/2008 and wanted to send back the unused & unopened bottle, Customer Service Rep. stated it was mine to keep since it was a 30 day free trial .He stated I would not be charged because I canceled my order. At that time he never said anything about charging me for a 14 day trial period. He stated that I would NOT be charged. He gave me a cancelation # 3136. I have been calling the phone # on my order to which no one answer now (866 870-0692) I have been calling for two weeks. I would like my C.C. to be refunded the $87.13 you charged before the 30 days where up. How can you call it a 30 day FREE trial if you charged before that time is up.

Fraud
I too have been ripped off by FWM Laboratories. Ordered the Acaci Berry product for trial, paying shipping only - received it 1/17/09 along with a debit to my account of $87.13 - have made 4 futile attempts to get a refund - have returned the product with an RMA number to no avail. I have reported them to the Florida Consumers Department of the Secretary of State's Office and I am lodging a complaint with the Prosecutors Office as well. I found the agent's information with the Secretary of State's Office. EVERYONE write write write and bug the living hell out of these SOB's, if nothing else! Also please write and send a complaint to the prosecutor's office as well. Can't hurt.

Fraud
What a scam. I've read the other complaints and I'm appalled that this company is still getting away with this. I did recieve my free trial. Before I even recieved my trial though, I was Debited 87.13 from my account. 8 days later, the same thing. I have yet to recieve any other product. My sister had the same thing happen with this same company. We both had to cancel our debit cards and get new ones. When I called the company, I had the same experience with the language barrier. Where are these people from? If you asked a question not on their script they were useless. Have yet to recieve the elusive e-mail from them or to here from the refund dept. Don't think I ever will. How do these people sleep at night?
