Acai Berry
January 2, 2009 I ordered the free sample Acai Berry Detox for handling charge of $3.95. On January 17, 2009, I see a charge for $87.13 for an Acai Berry product I did NOT order much less authorize this company to charge to my credit card.
This is outrageous especially since I'm reading about others who've been duped the same way. What can be done to make this FWM Laboratories give out $87. 13 back?

ACAI BERRY DETOX
Ordered the free trial of Acai Berry Detox and tried to cancel further shipments and the phone number doesn't go through. I don't want to be charged for future shipments. What can I do?

Acai Berry / Life Cleanse
I ordered both trials (Acai Berry Detox and Life Cleanse), and never received either bottle, though I was charged for one. I just called their number (1-866-949-0138) to cancel my order and demand a refund - after all, you cannot advertise a free trial, never send the trial product, and then charge for that same product that never arrived. Let me just say, there is an extreme language barrier with their phone operators, and after I got through the first call where I managed to cancel my so-called "subscription" I was supposedly being transferred to the refund department, but instead my call was dropped. After that, I called back and went through the same conversation with another operator, and she confirmed my subscription was canceled and said that no calls get passed to the returns dept; instead, my refund request has been transferred to that dept to be processed and I'm now supposed to wait for a confirmation email. If a refund never gets processed and follow-up calls prove fruitless, I will definitely be taking this complaint to the BBB.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS "OFFER" (I can't believe I even signed up, it's so antithetical to my usual self that I'm not surprised it went so poorly). Just stick with well-known companies and stores if you really want to try products of this nature.

Acai Berry Free Trial Offer
I received two bottles of the Acai Berry & was charged $87.13 to my charge card when I was only supposed to receive 1 bottle (30 day supply) for the cost of shipping ($3.95)!!! I have printed out their return policy & it states that I am to contact their billing dept. to receive a "RMA #" but the phone # (866-949-0138) they have posted does not connect through! Therefore I am unable to send it back! Please help!

debited account twice within one month
A "free" trial has cost me about 190.00. After debiting my account twice, I have finally managed to cancel my account. I was supposed to receive e-mail verification of the request for a refudn...however, I have received NOTHING. Not a trial, not a product, no e-mail...zip. I am currently on hold on two lines in my home with the company...one phone is on 2 hours and 17 minutes, the other is on 1 hour. Apparently, the company only has one supervisor by the name of Mary Ann Parker...I am certain I will probably have to kiss my money goodbye..but I am not going down without a fight! Next it is on the the Attorney General site and the BBB.

fraud
I ordered free sample of Acai Berry Detox online and was charged $3.95 shipping and handling charge later another fee of .18 cents. I received a full bottle a month later. To my dismay today I found an $87.13 charge on my bank account pluse another charge of $2.73 for a foreign currency exchange. I called the company and insisted on speaking to a supervisor was placed on hold for over an hour and line disconnected. I called back and was told I would be emailed within 24-48 hours. I don't expect that to happen. Now I have to change my account to prevent them from making other unauthorized charges. How stupid was I for not researching this company first! Never again will I order anything on line. You can bet I've learned a good lesson here and wish I could prevent this company from doing this to other unsuspecting people.

I ordered Acaiberry Detox 12/18/08 and was charged $3.95 and never received the product. Then on 01/02/09 my credit card was charged $87.13 for still a product I never received. I ahve notified the company and have canceled the account but am having difficulty getting the total, $91.08 credited back to my credit card.
