Unauthorized charges
FWM supposedly sent me some kind of Bio Labs cream, which I NEVER ORDERED OR RECEIVED! but they charged my bank account in the amount of $87.13 when I called them at 800-235-0841 they assured me I ordered it and had all my information and are puttin a trace on the package they said they sent but I never received. The address for Bio Labs cream is the same as Colon Zen which I did order.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered the acai berry and the colon cleanser 2 weekss ago. They said pay shipment and receive the products and give a testimonial. you receive the pills no charge. I checked my bank account and these people have taken out $87.13. I called the company no answer. The phone is full. I called the bank to stop payment. Now I have to waitand file a dispute complaint.

Unauthorized Credit Card Charged
I signed up for a free trial of what I thought was a legitimate resveratrol dietary supplement, but I received a anti-wrinkle cream. I was charged $87.13 on my account because I had no information to call and cancel my order, I did not even realize the cream was from the same company. I am returning the cream for what I hope is a full refund.

Unauthorized billing
I ordered the free trial and paid the shipping readin the terms and conditions first, knowing nothing is free, decided to try. the company called me to ask if i wanted to sign up for the colon cleanse as well, i stated on the recorded phone call i did NOT want anything from this company, do not charge my card she said ok and hung up. i was charged 87.13 plus 2.97 foreign transaction fee. i am a single mother of two so i manage my bank account down to the last dollar, so when this was charged i over withdrew from my bank, so in total i am out 122.00. this is a scam im calling my local news company to get the word out. DO NOT TRY THIS!!!

FRAUD
They charged my credit card for product I never ordered. I called the company three times and each time they assured me a refund. This has been going on for over three month and they still owe me over $170.00. This company should be investigated and forced to refund all moneys collected.

I have also been ripped off by this company. Not only are they charging my credit card they are also charging a seperate charge for a foreign exchange charge. I am contacting my credit card compan and disputing any charge to my account from this company.

Fraudulent charge
When my husband and I returned from our vacation three packages were waiting on our porch: (1) Cologenix (1) Life Cleanse and (1) Colon Revitalize except this one lists Nature's Perfection on the label 4877 Fairview Avenue, Boise ID 83706. Supposedly ordered on 6-19-09--our anniversary! I assure you one thing I did NOT do on my anniversary was order COLON CLEANSERS! When I called they hung up on the first call, pit me on indefinite hold on the second, and on the third call I left my phone number and when they returned the call the Caller ID said Capital Financial Group?!! They could not (or would not) identify exactly when and where I placed the order.After the charges from our vacation cleared we cancelled our Citi card--for the second time in six months. Frustrating!

Acai Berry Detox
They claim that their website states that after the 15 day free trial, if not canceled, the free trial becomes $40. I tried to explain that their website does not say this, it explains it as a free trial then you go onto autoship if not canceled. But of course they can't help me and now I can't find the website.
