free bottle not "FREE"
I just got off the phone with my bank and have requested a new debit card. I did get a refund after yelling and screaming at the customer service people who all sound like they might be in India. I was stupid enough to use my debit card for an online purchase of Acai Berry Detox; it was only for a small amount. Big mistake!! From now on, will use my credit card because I'll have the ability to dispute the charges in case of a problem.

After reading all the other complaints, I feel lucky to have received a credit for the $89.03 or whatever. The bank at first didn't recognize the credit because the amounts were a few cents off. And seeing what everyone else has been through, I'm glad I cancelled that debit card.

My only suggestion is to scream and holler, threaten to file complaints, ask for the president's name (which they are not "authorized" to give out.) Big red flag there. These guys should be shut down!!

charges for something not ordered
Two charges had been made to my checking account via my debit card. One was for $1.95 and the other for $2.00. I had not ordered anything from this company. How are they able to do this. I had called them and am not able to remove these charges from my account. I notified my bank, but have not received a reply as of yet. Thank you, Tillie M. Incorvaia

unauthorized charge
I received a call from our credit card company indicating there was a questionable charge pending from FWM Laboratories for Resv-Ultra for $87.13. Upon calling the company, I was told that they only placed an order for shipping and handling of a sample for $2.55. The heavily accented person denied the company had ever entered the $87.13 charge. She indicated that my wife had ordered a free sample through email which she says is not true. She indicated she would credit the $2.55 (still denying there there was ever a $87.13 charge). Making the order even more questionable, she quoted my wife's G-mail address that she never uses. We have no idea how the order got entered or the unused G-mail addressed was obtained.

A representative of my credit card company indicated that since the card had been "compromised" they were canceling the credit card, would send a new one and contact credit bureaus to assure they would not change our credit rating. They also indicated they would investigate the situation to determine if they should refuse future charges from the company.

87.13 Product Fraud
Product for ACAi berry was order online Aril 3, 2009. Never recieved trail offer, called on the 18th of April and was told that the account was cancelled given a ref # and said the product had shipped. 1 day later 87.13 hit my bank account, called the number and ask why. Was told oh we are sorry and this charge would be reversed in 2-3 business days.
Nope! did not happen called again was told oh sorry from a supervisor named Ms Jones from India(ha), she said you will have a credit to your account in 3-5 day. Well at that point I told her I will be contacting my fraud division of my bank and let them handle this.

Charged my dedt card
This company is a fraud & they take your money without your permission. It was never told that they would be taking from you. I have been taken advantage of as I am sure there are hundreds who have. I demanded my money back and they give ya the run around. Iam still trying to get it back. It is theft when they take money from you without permission and Iam going to go foward with this. I am not going to let anyone get away with taking money from me. This has got to stop. $89.95 is alot of money. Theft is a seirous offense. Fraud is a serious offense. I want my money back.

Unauthorized charges
I responded to a 'Free Trial' for the product. All I had to pay was shipping and handling, which I charged to my credit card. There was no information that I saw that indicated I would be charged later if I did not return the trial order within fourteen days. I was surprised to see a $40.00 charge on my account when I received my current statement. It was charged under a different ID than the shipping charges, so until I called the telephone number on my CC statement, I didn't know what the charge was for. They couldn't refund my money because I was supposed to have agreed to the additional charge if I didn't cancel within fourteen days. I went back to the website and still could not find the 'fine print' that tells you to cancel in fourteen days. This company should be closed down.

Unauthorized billing
On 3/23/09 while I was out of town on vacation in Florida I saw an offer for a free 30 day trial of ACAI Berry Detox, plus shipping. I looked over the entire site and on the payment page for the trial offer it said I had a 'RISK FREE 30-Day Money Back Guarantee' if I was not completely happy. I did not return home until 3/30/09 and did not receive the product until I returned home. I had pre-scheduled surgery on 4/9/09 and I was unable to start using the product to begin to evaluate it until 4/18/09. I noticed on my credit card bill that I used for payment of the shipping charges that I had been billed $87.13 on 4/7/09 for this product! This charge to my credit card account was made BEFORE I could have reasonably had any opportunity for my 14 day evaluation, and certainly before my 30 day RISK FREE period had expired!!

I called them on 4/20/09 and immediately canceled my account, and requested a credit back to my credit card for the $87.13 charged to the account on 4/7/09. The person I spoke with indicated that he would put in a request for a refund, but could not 'guarantee' I would receive one. I asked to speak with his supervisor, but he said the refunds were handled by the 'refund department' and I could call back and speak with them in about 3 days to check on the status of the refund. I advised him to make a notation to my account that I did not agree to this charge and I was demanding a full refund and, if that did not occur, I was disputing this charge with my credit card company. This place is a complete scam and I would urge others not to use their product. Their advertising regarding responsibility for future payments is misleading and is open to several interpretations. Obviously, they chose the 'interpretation' that was most advantageous to them!!

ACAI BERRY DETOX
Acai berry detox..SCAM . NEVER evenreceived trial offer for $4.95..Charged that plus $87.13. Non-working phone number..Called another number listed on my charge card four times since early March and told to "be optimistic-think positively" about $ return and to wait for an e-mail...which, of course, never was received. I did not even receive the trial to try... My card company said that the people I DID speak with weree from a "Great Britain" number...Now I canno reach anyone and some numbers have been discontinued...HELP!

I ordered and received a trial bottle of your Acai Berry formula earliet this week. So far, so good. My sister-in-law also got a bottle in recent weeks.
However, she told me that my charge card would be charged for two months supply at @$80 per bottle, unless I contacted you to cancel further orders and that your company is being investigated for FRAUD. (Hense this web site, perhaps??)

I, Connie Las, hereby give notice that I WISH TO CANCEL FUTURE ORDERS as of April 19, 2009 !

ACCOUNT CANCELLED BUT STILL NILLING ME
In February of this year I sent away for a free sample of the Acai berry detox. I later found out that the free sample cost me over $89.00. I immediately called and cancelled the product. I have since been billed for two other shipments, that I have not received. I have made numerous calls to get a refund but nothing works. They do asknowledge the that account is closed but do not know why they are still billing my account. They also say that they are sending the product but I have not received any since the initial "free" sample, Again I am sitting here waiting to be transferred to a supervisor, that I know will never answer, last time I was on hold for over an hour. My last resort is to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE THE LOWEST SCUM OF THE EARTH.7
