Fraud
This company is a piece of crap!!! No where on my order does it say anything about being charged after 14 days if I do not cancel my order. Now I check my statement and I see a charge for $87.13. I've called them and all they are saying is I agreed to the terms and conditions. I've looked at my invoice that I saved and the website again and no where does it state that. I've so-called cancelled what I was supposed to this morning. Let's see what happens next month.

Charges
My daughter order from FWM Laboratories Acai Berry Detox in the amount of 3.95 after she saw the ad on Oprah web-page. The 3.95 was taken out of my account, a week later she received one bottle of 60 pills, however within a week I notice my account was charged 87.13 I view the web-page and review every thing. No place on the web-page is the mention of 87.13 is place. I called the business, and got no place with anyone. I hope you can give me some idear on how to get my money back.

Acai Berry Detos
I was also charged $87.13 as well as service charges, my total amount came out to $92.90. They continue to send bottles of Acai even though I have told them not to. I have contacted my institution and hope others will not make the same mistake. Aloha!

Complete Scam
I was lured to this site because it came highly recommended . This person had a link in their email. I fell for it. SCAMMED! I ordered the ACAI BERRY DETOX for free but agreed to pay $3.95 shipping and handling (free?). I got my bank statement and a charge of $87.13 was taken from my account for ACAI BERRY COLON HEALTH. This caused my account to be overdrawn with an OD charge of $30.00. I only draw a disability check so I am on a fixed income. I figure my bills down to the last penny. There are 3 more checks yet to come out of my account with an overdrawn balance. Three checks x's $30.0 = $90.00 in overdraft fees (duh). Now it has cost me a total of $177.13 for something I did not order much less di not get.

FRAUD
I ordered a trial bottle of Acai Berry Detox and didn't receive within their 15 days trial. The day I received the product they charged my credit card $87.13. I called to cancel and they said I wasn't in my 15 day period. I have reported them to Better Business Bureau and now have to call my bank.

Unauthorized Charges
I ordered the Acia Berry 30 day supply "free" trial. I had to pay $3.95 s/h. I received the product with no information included about future orders and the next week I had an automatic charge $87.13 deducted from my checking account. When I called the company I was told that only 15 days was free and that I was being charged for the entire bottle. I never saw anything about this on the web-site. How can we stop these people from getting away with this?

ACAI BERRY DETOX
I ORDERED THE FREE TRIAL OF ACAI BERRY DETOX. MY CHECKING ACCT. WAS BILLED $87.00 BEFORE I EVEN RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT. I ASK THEM NOT TO SEND PRODUCT DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM ALLERGIC TO RED DYE AND THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS RED DYE. I STOP BREATHING WHEN I INGEST ANYTHING CONTAINING RED DYE. THE FACT THAT EVERYTIME YOU TRY TO SPEAK TO ONE OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES WHO BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH, YOU CANNOT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THE CORRECT INGREDIENCE FOR THIS PRODUCT, I ASK THEM NOT TO SEND THE DIET PILLS, BUT YET THEY BILLED ME FOR THEM ANYWAY. NOW I AM TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Charges to Credit Card
Advertised free products results in subsequesnt charges to credit card. Two seperate charges of totaling $87.13 each have been charged. I was not informed that these charges would be made and do not want any additional product. This is false advertising and must be stopped.

ACAI BERRY
I was told that the product was free just had to pay $4.95 shipping and handling fee that was on Januay 2, 2009. I was charged$87.13 on January 16, 2009. Then $87.13 February 2, 2009. Then $40.-- something on March 3, 2009. Them again $87.13 on April 4, 2009. These are outrageous charges for 60 capsule bottle. shouldn't it last a person two months? It just plan over charging for a to good to be true $5.00 bottle that one can get at most drug stores. Now I know not to ever trust what I see in advertisement on the internet and/or television and other mass media. sincerely, Molly J Carr

ACAI Berry
BUYER BEWARE is phrase this company has taken to a whole new level! This product made me sick and I had to miss work for the first time this year. I was interested enough in the acai berry to be tricked into trying the free trial, now $87.13 has been taken from my checking acct. without my knowledge. I am frustrated and angry with myself for allowing this to happen. I am normally very careful and can not believe I am left with no course of action and must accept the fact that I have been tricked out of money. Thanks to all of you who had previously registered complaints I knew I needed to cancel the credit card immediately or they would continue to steal from me!
HAS ANYONE BEEN ABLE TO GET A REFUND????
