I ordered a free trail of this product for .99 cents, my credit card has now been charged 79.00 two times this morning. I called my bank and was told it has already been paid and they can not reverse the payment. I did not authorize this company to withdraw funds from my account. This is false advertising and total fraud. The company phone number is disconnected, so I can not even get in touch with a representive. My bank states that I have to cancel my card and pay a fee for a new issue and shipping charges all due to a unauthorized transaction. This is totally unacceptable this company has stolen money from me and it appears from many different individuals.

I purchased this product on 2/4/09 and was put into the auto ship HELL. I called on 3/16 and canceled. They had already shipped the 2nd round, so, I returned it and they returned a portion of what I was charged. I accepted that, since, I waited to cancel. They refunded promptly the lesser portion. Then on 4/6, they took out another $91.82 from my account. I immediately called and was told that they had already shipped my order and that I would have to wait until it was returned to them. I proceeded to argue that I should not have to wait, as I had already canceled. I was told the refund would be back in my account within 3-5 days and that I would receive an email confirming. On 4/9, since this was 3 days and there had been no email, I called again and was told they had escalated my complaint to their refunds department and that it would be 3/5 days. This really ticked me off, so I called again on 4/15 - no email yet. I was again told it was escalated to the refunds dept and it would be 3-5 days. I waited until 4/20, 4/21& 4/22same exact situation. Of course, I will admit, I have not been very nice in any call since 4-6 and I am getting worse with each call. I have now begun to call them thieves, each one of them and I was again ASSURED that my refund would be in my account within 5 days. I am now in the 4th or 5th 3-5 day wait. My concern is, are they going to pull this crap again next month? and if they do refund are they going to try and short change me again.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from them...just in case you don't like it.

I ordered the Acai berry detox on 03/10/09, My husband just looked at our bank statement we were charged $87.13, should have only been charged $2.00 for shipping. Called this phone number that appeared on bank statement 866-955-4106, I talked to a wonderfully difficult man with middleastern accent named Dean at least that's the name he gave me. He said the charges would not be removed from our account. These folks are getting rich on this scam, they're probably using the money to fight against our troops in the middle east. When I asked "Dean" where he was born he acted like he didn't understand the question so I asked "what is your country of origin". He replied he didn't have to give me that information. I'm usually very careful about things like this I don't stay at hotels owned or operated by easterners because I don't trust them, (shame on me), but now my distrust has been reinforced.

This is a key fact: The customer service rep asked "Did you open the product?" " You can only return the product if you haven't opened the package" AHA!!!
My theory: They open the package and tape it back so when you return it they WON'T give you your money BACK!

Your "free" and "risk free" sample will cost you much more than you can imagine!!
When you call to cancel you get an automated service that asks you for your billing information and then hangs up on you. You think all is done and all seemed fine since I did not receive any product until 2 months later! I had canceled in the beginning of January and did not receive any product until March 3rd so I thought I had successfully canceled. On March 3 when I receive a shipment in the mail, I called again and waited to speak to a live person and she said I had not canceled previously and so I canceled with her again but was told I could not get refunded for TWO $87.13 charges on my credit card bill within the SAME MONTH because I had not canceled within 14 days of the first order (but I never received anything but the initial free sample).
