Fraudulant credit card charges
Applied for FREE trial offer. You only have to pay for shipping. Then credit card company calls saying they suspect fraudulent charges on my account. After calling this number 1-866-955-4108 and speaking to John Garcia, who told me I had committed to their FREE trial only for 14 days and after that I had to pay for the whole FREE trial that I had received, $87.13. After explaining to John that nowhere on their site did it say that this FREE trial was only for 14 days, and at the end of 14 days you had to pay for the FREE trial. John had no authority to make any decisions, therefore I ask to speak to his supervisor. After asking numerious times to speak to someone who could make decisions I got David, who would not spell his last name for me. After hearing the same line from David that John had repeated, I again ask to speak to someone who could make decisions. After 20 minutes of asking for a name and number of his superior David hung up on me. I called back and ask to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 30 minutes. No one will talk to me. I have to wonder if these people are even in the United States...

Scam; not able to cancel within the stated amount of time
My account was charged before I had the product for the 14 day free trial. I called to cancel. The person I spoke to said they would cancel my subscription (which I wasn't aware I had signed up for) but could not credit my account. I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone else in charge and was put on hold for 20-30 min. after which I hung up. I called again and spoke to someone else and explained that I thought she was working for a company that scams people and that I would report them to the BBB. I also told her of all the complaints I had read on a website. She said my complaint would be forwarded and I would receive an email regarding a refund. I feel I will not be reimbursed.

Did not receive the product in time to cancel
I did not receive this product in time to even cancel it before my card was charged the full price for the FREE sample. The only reason I ordered this product is because it showed up on the Web Md site when I was looking for something on belly fat in diabetics. I thought with all the great reviews and it was on the Web Md site it would be ok to try it. When I first called the company, I could not get them on the 'phone. When I finally got someone on the line I was told the time started as soon as I ordered the FREE sample and that it was not their fault that it was not shipped out in time. This has got to be the biggest rip off there is since the ad shows Dr Oz, Oprah and Katie Couric backing this product, and seems like they are backing the FWM Lab. I would like my money back though it seems I will have to mark this one up to "lessons learned."

Did not order/was chgd 87.13 twice on my credit card. They claim I ordered free sample/I did not order/ They said they will refund but when?
I have been scammed by this company. They send a sample that I did not order. When I got my bank statement I was charged 4.95 for shipping. Then twice in the month of January I was charged TWICE on my credit card in the amount of $87.13. I called on 2.1.09 and spoke to Misty. She said I would get a refund. I will keep calling. This has happened to me in the past with another scam. WHERE DOES THIS END!

Debiting my account w/o permission
I orderd the trail supply of Acai-Berry Detox and Life Cleanse and my account was debited for the shipping for each. Then on 1/15-09 I was charged 87.13 twice for something I did not order or give permission to debit my account. I called an spoke to a representative who cancelled my accounts and said the billing dept would do the refund and send me a email, that was on 1-16-09 and have not seen a e- mail or a refund. From what I have read it probably will not happen. I should have known better. I will have my lawyer take care of it.

charge on credit card
My complaint is the same as the others. I only received the product on the 9th of January and on the 11th I was charged $87.13 on my account.
It is so hard to know what the scams are before you order a product.
I wish I knew how to warn others.

unauthorized charges to debit card
I gave this company my check card number for a free trial of acai berry. I was charged within 2 weeks for 2 bottles at 87.13 each. I have filed a dispute through my bank. There were also 2 point of sale charges for $2.18 for international fees. What a scam!

Unable to locate number/address to cancel, they deducted $87.13 twice in less than one month
I was unable to locate any number or address for this company so I could cancel my order. Within one month, they deducted $87.13 from my credit card. I had to cancel the credit card and get a new one for the charges to stop.

Voice/Mail box full cannot recieve complaints
I ordered the trial and I received another bottle the next day. In my attempt to cancel the first time I called only to get a message that they would call back, which they never did. The next time I called to cancel I received a message that the voice mailbox was full. If this is not resolved I will contact the Better Business Bureau first and an attorney next.
Most Sincerely, Dave Carlson
