Scam
I ordered Acai X3 for a 15-day "free trial" which started the date of the order. Ten days after ordering I had not received the product. Since the terms of the offer said you had to cancel before the 15 days was up or you would be charged $88.55, I called the number listed in the terms & conditions, 1-866-949-0138, to cancel the subscription. The automated system identified FWM Labs, but when I entered the info to cancel, response was nothing could be found. I finally spoke to a woman who told me they had nothing under my name, address, phone number or e-mail and asked what product I was calling about. When I told her Acai X3 she said they didn't have anything to do with that product and that the website was fraudulently using their name and phone number. There was a different toll free number on my credit card statement so I called it, and got the same automated system as the first one. I talked to 5 different people at these two numbers and was told repeatedly that FWM Labs had nothing to do with the Acai X3 and they they had no account in my name. I cancelled the credit card I had used when ordering the free trial because after reading all the complaints on FWM - which I should have done BEFORE I ordered - I was afraid I would get charged $88.55. The free trial bottle came today - 21 days after it was ordered. The label on the bottle had the same toll free number I had called originally and an insert in the envelope again referred to FWM Labs. I called the number again, spoke with Chris Bosh and he had no trouble finding my account. I related what I was told during my previous calls and he said they had been having "technical difficulties". I responded that they had just lied to me so the cancellation wouldn't be done until after the free trial expired. After telling him at least 10 times I wanted the account cancelled, he finally agreed to cancel it and gave me a confirmation number. I advised him the credit card I had used had been cancelled. He seemed to know that already and assured me there would be no other charges. He also told me I didn't need to return the product I received, but I'm sending it back anyway.
