I signed up for the free trial of Acai Berry at $4.95 for shipping/handling.

Today I found they charged my bank account for $87.13.

I tried to go to their website and this is what I found:
all phone numbers disconnected. I went to my sign-on and saw they did charge my account and that they were sending another bottle of capsules today...they had not been shipped yet. I can only email them through their site...I emailed to cancel this order and close my account.

I also found that if I wanted to return product that I would have to contact their accounting department for a special form...the phone number listed to call is DISCONNECTED.

I have contacted my bank...I am being issued a new debit card/number to stop them from charging anymore...the charge today is in active dispute at the bank.
