I ORDERED A SUPPOSED 'FREE' SAMPLE OF THE PRODUCT, ACAI BERRY CLEANSE. THE OFFER STATED THAT YOU WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE SHIPPING OF $3.95. 15 DAYS LATER I WAS CHARGED $87.13 FOR THAT "FREE" SAMPLE. ACCORDING TO THE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED THAT I COULD BE CHARGED THAT AMOUNT AFTER 14 DAYS. I DID NOT SEE THAT IN THE TERMS.
THIS FOLLOWS THE ARTICLE IN PARADE MAGAZINE STATING THAT OTHER PEOPLE HAD EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING. I DEMANDED THAT I BE REFUNDED THAT AMOUNT & WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE 3 DAYS. I WILL SEE IF THAT HAPPENS. THIS IS FRAUD AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING. WHAT IS MY OTHER LEGAL OPTION IF I DON'T RECEIVE A REFUND?
