Scam artists
I had order acai berry online and paid for a free trail. I recieved the free trail 10 days after my order, i had forgotten that i even ordered it. Then on the 20 i was charged $87.13 when i realized it that morning i called and had them cancel the order and i even have a cancellation number and they told me it would take 2 to 3 days to put the money back into my account and i called a week later because it was not in my account and the lady told me that it was going to take another 2 to 3 days and to call back. Well i called back and when i finally get through to someone the girl hung up on me, so then i call back and get a hold to another CSR and he transfers me to a "manager" and then i get to talking to him and he hangs up on me. What is going on! What's so funny is that when the CSR transferred me to a manager a girl named Sam answered then a guy name Sam answered!! All i want is my money back if they keep this up i will be filling a lawsuit!

Acai Berry Detox
FWM Laboratories Acai Berry Detox.

I ordered the "free sample" for $.99 shipping, it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive...which was scanned as delivered on Sept 10th...I checked the delivery recipet online on the postal website. My credit card was charged $86.42 on Sept 20th...TEN DAYS from the date of delivery. I called the phone number on my credit card statement and got 'John' on the line and told him that I had an unauthorized charge on my credit card and would he please explain what the cahrge was for. He said that I had an active account with them and that my 'free sample' wasn't free (aint that a hoot!?) and that I was supposed to call the company within 19 days (19 days!? It hasn't even been 19 days since the product was received...it's still 9 days short!) and cancel my account or I would be charged for the full price of the bottle that I had in my possession. I would have to cancel my active account in order to not recieve any future shipments or charges, and did I want to cancel my active account with them? "YES!" OK, your account has been canceled, you will not receive anymore shipments or unwanted charges on your account. I said "what about the EXISTING charge on my credit card?" Well ma'am, I see that you do qualify for a 30 day refund if you return the un-used portion of your Acai Berry product and I can give you an RMA number, do not return it "return to sender" you must pay the postage for the return or you will not be credited for the return. You will be notified via email once we have received the shipment and expect 5-7 business days for your credit card to be credited for the full amount.
So I'm sending the botle out tomorrow and having it shipped signature confirmation so they can't say the shipment was delayed...I will have proof when they shipped it. I also disputed the charge as 'unauthorized' with my credit card. Let's see if they are true to their word.

order not cancelled
I cancelled my account as of Aug 13, 2009 and I keep getting shipments from this company. I have tried using the phone to talk to someone and get nowhere. I can't get into their website to keep cancelling these shipments. I don't know what else to do except to keep sending these packages back, unopened.

Acai Berry & Probiotic Clealnse
Acai Berry Order was not received and I cancelled. I was, however charged shipping and handling for product never received. I had also ordered Probiotic Cleanse and my account was charged $39.95. After a month of email chats with the support center, the product was finally received and it was actually mailed to me locally in Oregon. By this time I had given up on the item ever arriving and/or getting my account credited. I didn't bother to return the Probiotic Clelanse and having figured out that the company was not trustworthy, I saw no point in spending more money to send it back. I tried the pills but the result was very negative and painful as I had stomach pains so bad that I had to take to my bed. Please do what you can to keep others from falling for the "free trial" advertisements of these items. I don't want anyone else to be taken in. The run around I got from this company's support center for about 4 weeks was unbelievable. At least this taught me a lesson. Thank you I live in Portland, OR. My email is: [email protected]

charges
Spoke with credit card company and when you sign up for the free trail they sign you up for 4 differnet companies without knowing it. This is legal they said because you signed the contract. Let every one you know know this so that they do not sign up for this company especially over the internet.

unauthorized charges
On 6/29/09, I went on line and read what I thought was testimonials from people in my town raving about Acai berry detox and Colon Cleanser. So I called for the free trial bottles and was responsible for only 99 cents for the Acai Berry detox and $4.95 for the colon cleanser. When the company called to verify my order, I said that I had ordered it and was waiting for them to arrive. Two days later, I went online to do my banking and noticed that I had been charged $39.95 for Lifecleanse, something I new nothing about, and had certainly not order or authorized anyone to debit my account for this amount. I used the customer service number and did get a representative on the phone and she gave me instructions about how to return and get a refund on the product I had been charged for. I did receive the product, and put the RMA(authorization code) on the package, just as I was told. All I had to do now was wait for my refund. Yesterday, July 16th, I was checking my bank account, and noticed another charge for $83.95 from a web site (Eatdieting.com). When I went to the website to see what this was about and who to contact, it said that it was a part 2 of a Acai Berry Program. Thinking this was part of the original trial I had ordered, I contacted the customer service representative and she said that I had canceled all orders and this was not part of their program. So I asked to speak to her supervisor and he basically told me the same thing. I figured I had gotten scammed and figured I would just have to put up with the loss. But while I had him on the phone, I asked about the refund I was told I would receive from the Lifecleanse that I had returned, and was told that because I had "Refused" the package (even though I had followed the customer service reps instructions and put the RMA number on the package) I would not get a refund because the company would not process a package. I would have had to open the package and then re-wrapped the bottle and then put the RMA number on the package and paid postage to return it, then they would have received my package and have given me my money back. I was outraged and asked for his name and his employee ID number so that I could contact my lawyer with this information and he gave it all to me. Well, low and behold, 2 hours later, I get this e-mail and it says that a refund for the $39.95 has been issued and should show up in my account in 5 to 7 business days. The e-mail also had this website for me to contact with any other concerns. My concern is, I am wondering if I will receive my first refund, could I possibly receive the $83.95, especially since have not even received any product for this amount of money. From reading other complaints, I realize that I need to contact the BBB in my state and once I have this complaint filed, maybe I have a chance to get all my money back from these scam artists. I would appreciate any help you can give me and would be grateful to get my hard earned money back.

Reservatrol Ultra
DITTO to all the other complaints. Identical unauthorized charges. Per Citycards, have a number complaints. Apparently, the small print after ordering the "FREE" sample, shows that they will charge if order is not canceled within 5 days. Cancel and get cancellation number then call your card company IMMEDIATELY and have them stop payment! Let's all write to the Attorney General of our state. How come the US gov. has not stopped this abuse??? Let them know.Where are all the attorneys how normally jump on every case that might bring the $$$$?

got sick from the pills
I also tried the RezV Max due to the discussion on the OPRAH Show about the miricle berry that slows aging.
This Product however, made me sick: caugh, fever, sweating. It is NOT a healthy product and I highly suspct what's in it. Since I live close to the state capitol, I'm taking in the one little piece of paper that came with the capsules, to State's Attorney General's Office and making a formal report. We can't just complain about this; This company must be investigated before they cause further harm. And, I want my money back.

Acai Berry Detox capsules
I ordered acai berry detox capsules from FWM Labs from an ad on the internet and was only supposed to pay $2.00 for shipping. No where did I see a contract obligating me to accept further orders. When I received my credit card statement there was a charge on there from FWM for $87.13. I reluctantly paid for this but on 5/5/09 I received another bottle of the capsules. I immediately called the company and they said I could cancel my subscription but to call back in two or three days to see if it had gotten through and if I could be reimbursed for the latest shipment. I will do this but have my doubts whether I will be able to get any satisfaction let alone a refund. After reading of so many complaints against this company it really scares me that I will continue to be billed for this on a monthly basis. What can a person do? It sounds like a lot of us are in the same boat here. This lab should be shut down. By the way, I took one of the capsules and it made me sick! Dolores Pruett
